She used to be the co-chairman of the yearly Islamic convention, “The Fountain of Abundance” for the preferable consultation in 2013 and maintains as co-chair for the October 2014 convention.
From 1997 to 2001, Dee held the name of Coordinator for the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library’s African American Writers crew. She additionally participates as a member of the Kansas Writers workforce.
Dee is the founder and organizer of the “Sisters’ Social” Islamic Women’s association for the Islamic heart of Topeka in Topeka Kansas. She is a member of Interfaith of Topeka and served as its Vice-president for 2013-2014.
Dee was once provided the 2013 optimistic management Award by means of the Fountain of Abundance Islamic association. Dee has labored as a volunteer within the women’s felony Dawah (propagation of faith) efforts.
Writing has been her ardour considering the fact that her teenage years. She is a broadcast music author and singer.
Dee has been a company proprietor and entrepreneur for over 20 years.
